maža įmonė statusas Aprobuotas sritis smulkusis ir vidutinis verslas apibrėžtis Įmonė, kurioje dirba mažiau kaip 50 darbuotojų ir kurios finansiniai duomenys atitinka bent vieną iš šių sąlygų: 1) įmonės metinės pajamos neviršija 24 mln. litų; 2) įmonės balanse nurodyto turto vertė neviršija 17 mln. litų. Darbuotojų skaičiaus, įmonės metinių pajamų, įmonės balanse nurodyto turto vertės apskaičiavimo tvarką nustato Smulkiojo ir vidutinio verslo plėtros įstatymas. atitikmenys: angl. small enterprise šaltinis Lietuvos Respublikos smulkiojo ir vidutinio verslo plėtros įstatymas (Žin., 2007, Nr. 132-5354)
